SALES MANAGER

Our mission is to solve vehicle inventory challenges in underserved markets worldwide.

CAS Management Belize is now hiring an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as SALES MANAGER. The ideal candidate will be expected to develop a strong sales team to ensure that our valued customers obtain the best available offer for their vehicle, and our Service Providers are supported in building their vehicle inventory.

This is a full-time (On-Site) position at CAS Belize offices in West Landivar, Belize City.

APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in managing a sales team
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • Proven ability to execute sales strategies and techniques
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Great active listening skills
  • Ability to motivate others to succeed in a commission sales environment
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Train and develop the sales team with proper sales and customer service techniques and create a culture that contributes to providing the best customer experience.  The goal of the sales manager is to successfully execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage the sales process to ensure that all members of the sales team interact with customers professionally.
  • Coach the sales team on best practices for closing leads and provide guidance for continuous improvements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to gain and retain customers.
  • Establish relationships with Service Providers.
  • Assist and give support to teammates and customers.
  • Provide recommendations to improve and enhance the sales process, reports and Customer Relation Management System
