CAS Management Group will be operating in Belize within the coming months and intends to attract dynamic and talented resources to join its Sales & Customer Service Team. APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Associates degree or equivalent qualifications in business administration or another related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Demonstrates empathy and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Types 40+ words per minute.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Help our clients to obtain the best available offer and collects necessary information to facilitate the vehicle purchase process through clear communication and high client satisfaction. The goal of the sales associate is to provide the best customer experience in the automotive e-commerce industry.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Professionally interact with clients via phone, email, chat, or texting.
  • Nurture sales leads through clear and consistent communication.
  • Collect all necessary vehicle details to render a confirmed offer.
  • Communicate with evaluators and external partners to obtain the best available offer.
  • Professionally deliver confirmed offers and successfully close sales.
  • Answer clients’ questions and guide them through the sales process.
  • Assist and give support with communication gaps and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain NPS (Net Promoter System) feedback.
  • Meet metrics to convert leads to sales.
